We believe achievement itself is not the problem. We were created with gifts, talents, ambition, purpose, and the capacity to lead, serve, build, create, and accomplish meaningful things. The deeper question is what happens when achievement becomes responsible for telling us who we are, what we are worth, or whether we are enough.

Meet BTNW Founder
Rev. Hollie Marie Lopes is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Spirit-led identity and transformational coach, ordained minister, senior federal leader, mother of two, and founder of Beyond The Next Win™. Her life has crossed government, technology, ministry, advocacy, teaching, mentoring, and service. Yet the heart of her work is not found in the titles she has earned. It is found in her understanding of what can remain unsettled beneath a life that looks accomplished from the outside.
Through mentorship, spiritual reflection, therapy, and her own healing journey, Hollie began uncovering the internal narratives and performance-based beliefs that had quietly shaped the way she saw herself. She came to understand that an accomplishment can celebrate what we have done, but it cannot carry the responsibility of telling us who we are. That realization became the foundation of Beyond The Next Win and the question at the center of its work: “What is the heart saying underneath that pursuit?”

Why Beyond The Next Win Exists
Beyond The Next Win grew from Hollie’s conviction that people should not have to choose between meaningful achievement and inner wholeness. The community creates room for high achievers and others carrying questions beneath the surface to examine their beliefs, expectations, wounds, emotional patterns, and internal narratives shaping their pursuits. Its Christian foundation is visible and unapologetic, while its broader community welcomes people of different faith traditions and those who are uncertain about what they believe without pressuring them to convert.
Through Heart Check, Heart Echoes, Hear the Heart, coaching, prayer, community experiences, conferences, and reflective resources, Hollie invites people to slow down, listen honestly, and reconnect with identity, purpose, worth, healing, and wholeness. Her work is guided by the HEART Framework™: Heal, Embrace, Align, Release, and Transform.
Hollie’s message is both simple and deeply personal: Your worth is not tied to your next accomplishment. The next win may mark progress, open a door, or celebrate something meaningful, but it was never meant to define your value.
