Beyond the Next Win™

Beyond the Next Win is a Christian faith-based, heart-centered community created to make room for the questions beneath achievement, responsibility, expectations, transition, success, and the pursuit of what comes next.

We believe achievement itself is not the problem. We were created with gifts, talents, ambition, purpose, and the capacity to lead, serve, build, create, and accomplish meaningful things. The deeper question is what happens when achievement becomes responsible for telling us who we are, what we are worth, or whether we are enough.

Beyond the Next Win creates space to examine the beliefs, narratives, emotions, experiences, and heart postures beneath the surface so that we can reconnect with identity, purpose, wholeness, freedom, and the person God created us to be.

What is the heart saying underneath that pursuit?

Your worth is not tied to your next accomplishment.

What Happens When the Next Win Is Not Enough?

Many of us learn to keep moving. We pursue the next goal, degree, promotion, opportunity, responsibility, recognition, or accomplishment. We work hard. We serve. We lead. We show up for other people. And from the outside, life may look successful.

But sometimes the accomplishment arrives and the heart is still searching. The satisfaction fades. The finish line moves. Another pursuit begins. What looked like confidence on the outside may still be accompanied by questions about identity, worth, belonging, purpose, peace, or whether we are enough.

BTNW exists to create room for those questions—not to diminish accomplishment, but to make sure accomplishment does not become the measure of our worth.

WHY BEYOND THE NEXT WIN EXISTS

OUR MISSION

Beyond the Next Win™ is a Christian faith-based, heart-centered community that creates safe, respectful, transformational spaces, conversations, experiences, and resources where people can examine the heart beneath their pursuits; reconnect with identity, worth, purpose, gifts, and who God created them to be; experience healing and greater wholeness; and move toward freedom and transformation from the inside out

Our Foundational Pillars

Worth

Our value is not earned through performance, productivity, position, recognition, or the next accomplishment.

Freedom

We seek freedom from performance-based worth, proving, comparison, people-pleasing, and narratives that keep us bound.

Authenticity

We value honest presence over performance, pretending, and perfection.

Courage

We value honest presence over performance, pretending, and perfection.

Identity

We are more than what we do. Identity is deeper than achievement, title, role, or performance.

Healing

Healing requires the courage to acknowledge what is beneath the surface and make room for restoration.

Intimacy

BTNW experiences should feel relational, personal, caring, and emotionally honest.

Transformation

BTNW experiences should feel relational, personal, caring, and emotionally honest.

Purpose

We were created on purpose. Purpose is larger than the next goal, title, or external measure of success.

Truth

Transformation requires truth—about what we believe, what we carry, and who God says we are.

Belonging&
Community

People need spaces where they can be seen, heard, valued, supported, and reminded they are not alone.

Hope

People need spaces where they can be seen, heard, valued, supported, and reminded they are not alone.

Wholeness

Achievement cannot heal every internal place. BTNW makes room for the whole person.

Reflection

We create room to pause, listen, ask questions, and examine what the heart may be saying.

Grace

There is room for imperfection, questions, learning, and growth without condemnation.

Faith

There is room for imperfection, questions, learning, and growth without condemnation.

A Safe Space That Responds to People

Safe space is not one-size-fits-all. What allows one person to feel safe enough to reflect, speak, heal, or grow may be very different from what another person needs.

For some, safe space is found in community and group conversation. For others, it may be one-on-one coaching. Some may benefit from a retreat or conference. Others may need quiet space to read, listen, pray, journal, reflect, or simply observe until they are ready for deeper engagement.

BTNW therefore does not prescribe one pathway for healing and growth. We create different kinds of spaces and different levels of engagement because the way we engage should reflect what people in the community need and where they are.

The safe space is not defined by the format. It is defined by whether people have room to show up honestly, be respected, be heard, reflect without pressure, receive appropriate support, and take the next step toward healing and growth.

Multiple Pathways. One Community.

There is no single required or preferred entry point into Beyond the Next Win. One person may begin with Heart Check. Another may connect through Heart Echoes and Scripture. Someone else may hear the Hear the Heart podcast, seek coaching, attend a conference or retreat, submit a prayer request, use a journal or resource, or simply explore the community before deciding how to engage.

None of these pathways is more legitimate than another. People connect, process, reflect, heal, learn, and grow differently—and what a person needs may change from season to season.

Our Christian Foundation & Inclusive Welcome

Beyond the Next Win is Christian and faith-based. We believe identity, worth, purpose, gifts, healing, and wholeness are ultimately rooted in who God created us to be. We will not hide or dilute that foundation.

At the same time, the broader BTNW Community is not reserved only for Christians. People from other faith traditions, and people who are uncertain about what they believe, experience many of the same struggles with identity, worth, achievement, comparison, exhaustion, belonging, purpose, and healing. They are welcome to participate, receive support, and grow without being pressured to convert.

Inclusion also requires mutual respect. BTNW is not a forum for religious fighting, forced conversion, or competing attempts to proselytize community members. We respect the dignity of those who enter while asking that the Christian foundation of BTNW also be respected.

HEAL • EMBRACE • ALIGN • RELEASE • TRANSFORM

The HEART Framework

Every emotion has a rhythm. Every heartbeat has a meaning.

The HEART Framework is the transformational framework used within Beyond the Next Win to support deeper reflection, healing, alignment, release, and transformation.

Founder & Certified Christian Life Coach

SENIOR FEDERAL LEADER

MOTHER OF TWO

CERTIFIED CHRISTAIN LIFE COACH

ORDAINED MINISTER

Rev. Hollie Lopes

Rev. Hollie Lopes is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Spirit-led identity and transformational coach, ordained minister, senior federal leader, and mother of two. Her life and leadership have crossed government, ministry, service, mentoring, and work supporting people through difficult seasons.

Her work with Beyond the Next Win is grounded not only in professional experience, education, ministry, and leadership, but also in a deeply personal understanding of what it means to accomplish, lead, serve, and continue moving while still carrying questions beneath the surface.

The Story Behind the Name

For much of her life, Hollie believed that achievement, leadership, education, service, and success would eventually create the peace, confidence, and sense of worth she was looking for. There was always another goal to reach, another responsibility to carry, another way to prove that she could do what needed to be done.

She knew how to achieve. She knew how to lead. She knew how to serve. But the next win did not automatically settle what was happening inside.

Through her own personal journey, mentorship, spiritual reflection, and therapy, Hollie began uncovering internal narratives, negative self-talk, and performance-based beliefs that had quietly shaped the way she saw herself and what she believed she had to accomplish in order to be enough.

That revelation became the foundation of Beyond the Next Win™.

BTNW grew from the realization that the next accomplishment cannot carry the responsibility of giving us identity, peace, wholeness, or worth. The work is not about stopping the pursuit of meaningful goals. It is about understanding what the heart is saying underneath the pursuit—and learning to live, lead, serve, and pursue purpose from a healthier and more grounded place.
