Achievement itself is not the enemy. The deeper concern begins when accomplishment, productivity, approval, or performance becomes responsible for telling us who we are, what we are worth, or whether we are enough.
BTNW creates space to examine what may be happening underneath the pursuit while continuing to honor purpose, excellence, leadership, service, growth, and meaningful goals.

We are more than what we do. Identity is deeper than achievement, position, performance, or the roles we carry.
Freedom
We seek freedom from performance-based worth, proving, comparison, people-pleasing, and narratives that keep us bound.
Purpose
We were created on purpose and with purpose. Purpose is larger than the next title, goal, or external measure of success.
